Cieza prepares to celebrate the events in honor of the "Santísima Virgen del Buen Suceso"

Cieza is finalizing preparations to pay tribute to its patroness, "Nuestra Señora la Santísima Virgen del Buen Suceso", throughout the month of September. The festivities will begin on Tuesday, September 8, at 4:30 pm with the Transfer of the Sacred Image into the town, followed by a solemn Procession at 7:00 pm and Mass at the Basilica of "Nuestra Señora de la Asunción" at 9:00 pm.

After a busy liturgical schedule throughout the month, the celebration will conclude on Sunday, September 27, with the traditional Pilgrimage to the Hermitage of the "Atalaya" at 8:00 am (following Holy Mass at 7:00 am), ending at 11:00 am with a moving prayer for Cieza natives living away from home and the blessing of the fields from the balcony of the "Atalaya" Sanctuary.
