On the afternoon of October 5, the Mayor of Cieza, D. Pascual Lucas, and the president of the Board of Passionate Brotherhoods of Cieza, D. Joaquín Diego Gómez, inaugurated an exhibition entitled: "The Apostles of Jesus". It shows the different images of them paraded during Holy Week in Cieza.
A total of 24 images from different authors and periods are shown in this exhibition that the heritage of our Holy Week has and processes during our big week. In them, we will be able to observe the apostles who accompanied Jesus in scenes such as: the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, the last supper, the prayer in the garden and his arrest; as well as images of Saint Peter and the beloved disciple, Saint John.
This rich heritage can be visited during the following hours: Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday morning from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Saturday afternoon from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Outside these hours, the exhibition can be seen by arranging a visit; To do this, you must contact a member of the Board of Passionate Brotherhoods of Cieza.
