Queen, Lady and, above all, Mother of the people of Cieza

The "Santísima Virgen del Buen Suceso", Patron Saint and Mother of the people of Cieza, returned, as always and as never before, to her abode in "Collado de la Atalaya".

From early morning, dozens of devotees gathered at the Basilica of "Nuestra Señora de la Asunción" for Holy Mass, officiated by the Councilor of the Board of Passionate Brotherhoods, the Rev. Mr. José Antonio García López.

After the religious service, the Virgin was carried out into the street, once again carried by members of the various Brotherhoods that make up the Board. And to the sounds of traditional pasodobles from our passion parades, such as "San Juan" and "Santa Verónica" by Maestro León, or the "Dormis", our Patron Saint made her way to her Hermitage.

From there, she will await another September 8th, where she will once again meet her people. Until then, the Queen, Lady and Mother of the people of Cieza will listen to us and all our prayers will climb the slopes of the "Atalaya", knowing that in Her we will find the answer to all our worries.
