One more year, from 10:00 a.m., the Brotherhood of the "Santísimo Cristo de la Agonía" organized the devout veneration of faithful to the sacred Image of the "Santísima Virgen de la Piedad" in its chapel.
In the afternoon, the celebration of the solemn religious function took place, on the occasion of the Feast of the Holy Virgin of Piety, officiated by the Rev. Mr. Ramón García.
At the end of this, and to conclude the event, the Cieza Municipal Music Band offered a concert of processional marches. Of which, there was a special wait for the premiere of the new march for the Brotherhood. Work by Rubén Jordán, composer of marches, among other great works, such as 'Mariúpol' or 'Bajo tu Amparo'. The latter, the crowning work of his early career as a composer.
'Soy la Vida' joins the other 105 processional marches that make up the musical repertoire of Holy Week in Cieza. And leaving forever the indelible memory of attending the premiere under the direction of the author.
