The first big day of the procession in the city of Cieza began in the
afternoon with the now traditional Holy Mass in suffrage for the souls of the
deceased brothers of Holy Week. A religious function full of respect from all
those present.
After this and the visit to the Houses of the Brotherhoods and the House - Museum of Holy Week, in the Capitol Theater, Antonio Liza presented the Holy Week of Cieza. In an innovative act, after years in the Basilica of Our Lady of the Assumption; and in a more audiovisual format, what would be the Announcement Posters for Holy Week and the processions were presented to the people and announced.
As a closing at the beginning of everything, the wind group "NtpBrass Quintent" permormed "Penitente Ciezano". Processional music that will liven up the wait for a new Palm Sunday.
