Last Sunday, Sunday of the Proclamation, March 26, the traditional Acts of the day of the Proclamation took place.

The morning began with the Act of the Convocation in the Plenary Hall of the Cieza City Council. "Go out to the streets, the drums are already beating! Go out to the streets, we have a great story to tell! Go out to the streets, because the best version of Cieza awaits you there, the happiest, the most exciting , the most authentic! Holy Week is here, a Holy Week that we will never forget!" With these words, D. Joaquín D. Gómez Rubio, President of the Board of Passion Brotherhoods of Cieza asked the Hon. Mayor, D. Pascual Lucas, requested the streets of Cieza to commemorate the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Christ.

After the Act, the Parade of the Banners of the Junta de Hermandades Pasionarias and the eighteen Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods that form it began; accompanied by the AM Sones de Pasión, Tal y Cual Musical Association and the Cieza Municipal Music Band. At 12, in the Monument to the Nazarene, the homage to the deceased Brothers of Holy Week in Cieza took place.

Next, in the House-Museum of Holy Week there was a reception by the Board of Passion Brotherhoods to the town crier D. Javier Ramos Guardiola; D. Javier delivering his proclamation to the president of the Board of Passion Brotherhoods D. Joaquín D. Gómez. Later, he signed the Golden Book of Holy Week in Cieza.

At 1:00 p.m., in the Basilica of Our Lady of the Assumption, from the ambo, D. Javier Ramos Guardiola proclaimed his Holy Week, delighting us with several phrases that will remain for everyone's memory: "How not to live this Holy Week with the desire to meet Christ and for others to meet Him? How not to announce that Christ passes through your life?"

After the Proclamation, he was presented with the shield of the Board of Passionate Brotherhoods of Cieza and a plaque in memory of the Act. The Act concluded with the traditional Concert of the Cieza Municipal Music Band, performing the following marches:
