On a hot January morning, with longing for "Puerta del Sol" in 2018 or Good
Friday, Holy Week in Cieza led by the Brotherhood of the "Santísima Virgen de
los Dolores", and along with the rest of the International Holy Week in our
Region, represented to the world the feeling of a people who mark their lives
at a slow pace.
In different sessions for the public, organized by the Autonomous Community
of the Region of Murcia (CARM), the nazarenes of the "Dolorosa" paraded in the "Plaza
de Ópera" while "Semana Santa Ciezana" played in the background. The bars of
the hymn composed by Gómez Villa resonated inside the Royal Theatre, turning it
into a place for the senses.
From the Board of Pasionate Brotherhoods of Cieza we want to thank the CARM for the invitation. And of course, also thank you for the effort and staging of the rest of the Holy Weeks and of the Brotherhood of the "Santísima Virgen de los Dolores".
