Holy Week in Cieza is twinned with a Holy Week in Italy

Today, Sunday, November 6, is an important day for the entire Ciezan Nazarene family, since our Holy Week, through the "Junta de Hermandades Pasionarias" of Cieza, has been twinned with the Unione Maestranze di Trapani, an Italian city.

The morning began with the Reception at the Cieza Town Hall by the Mayor D. Pascual Lucas and members of the Municipal Corporation at the Unione Maestranze de Trapani. Next, the Italian entity has known the lung of the "ciezana" Holy Week, the House-Museum of the Holy Week of Cieza. After that, already in the Board Room, the Twinning Agreement Protocol between the two entities has been read, later being signed by the two presidents, and with the approval of the Councilor of the "Junta de Hermandades Pasionarias", D. José Antonio .

Later, various gifts were delivered to various Brotherhoods of the "Junta de Hermandades Pasionarias" of Cieza and the Unione Maestranze di Trapani; These Brotherhoods are: "Cofradía del Stmo. Cristo de la Agonía", "Cofradía de la Stma. Virgen de los Dolores" y "Cofradía de San Juan Evangelista". Also, from the Unione Maestranze di Trapani, he has delivered various gifts to the "Junta de Hermandades Pasionarias" of Cieza, later, it has given the different presidents, representatives and the president of the Unione Maestranze di Trapani several copies of the magazine El Anda 2022 and the book of the Centenary of the "Junta de Hermandades Pasionarias".

Before concluding with the different acts, the Unione Maestranze di Trapani visited the Brotherhood Houses of the "Cofradía del Stmo. Cristo del Consuelo" and "Cofradía del Resucitado" and "Cofradía de La Oración del Huerto y Santo Sepulcro". Finally, there has been a Response, being officiated by the Chaplain D.
