This Saturday
hearts began to race... At 8:30 p.m., in the Convent of "Las Claras", the
religious ceremony of Marian Exaltation began, officiated by the Rev. Mr. Dimas
Ortega López. During the course of this, four brothers of the Brotherhood
carried the Image of "Nuestra Señora de Gracia y Esperanza" in order to carry out the Act
of Enthronement.
After the
religious ceremony, the Brotherhood named José Joaquín Alba Gómez, Brother of
Honor in 2024. President of the Brotherhood in the nineties and processionist
of Cieza and its Holy Week for life.
At the end of the event, the Processional Transfer of "Nuestra Señora de Gracia y Esperanza" began and the pulse of Lent began to accelerate. Holy Week already awaits the proclamation of María Dolores García Lucas, where the dreams of so many people will begin...
