Next February 16, at 12:00 p.m., at the Capitol Theater in Cieza, the VIII edition of the Holy Week Music Band Concert will take place. This year the town of Cieza will have the presence of the "San Isidro de Armilla" Musical Association (Granada); the cornet soloist, Dani de Baza; and Hugo Molina. Marches, bugles and drums... three essential elements of the processional parades of Holy Week in Cieza throughout its history.
The "San Isidro de Armilla" Musical Association is a band of recognized prestige in Granada for its solemnity, its respect and, above all, for its music. Regarding its recordings, the "San Isidro" Musical Association has four albums of marches, such as: "Siempre la Esperanza", "Cordero de Dios" or "Margot".
Daniel Jiménez Castro, known worldwide as Dani de Baza, has been linked to brotherhood music since he was a child. Being part of some of the best bands in Andalusia since the age of fourteen, such as: "Presentación al Pueblo de Dos Hermanas" (Seville), "Tres Caídas de Triana" (Seville) and "Tres Caídas del Realejo" (Granada). In 2017 he released his first solo album, called "Immensity".
And finally, the great Hugo Molina, winner of "Got Talent 2019". One of the great exponents of brotherhood music, thanks to his virtuosity with the drum. And since his early age, he has been a member of the "Santa Cruz de Huelva" Musical Group.
For this and many other reasons, the Board of Passionate Brotherhoods of Cieza invites the people to come and enjoy a concert full of variety. Tickets can be purchased starting this coming Monday, November 11, through the Brotherhoodsor the Board; whose donation per entry is €15.
